Here is what I did today…

5 min’s of Rows warmup

then

3 rounds of

45#DB Pushpress x20 on each side

2x Sprints with 120# bodybag 60 yards

12 KTE’s

2x Sled Sprints 60 yards

Happy Birthday Marine Corps

I believe in improving performance rather than looks as the goal, however I also know that most people want to see the visible results in order to believe it so here you go…
