Wednesdays Training Turkey EVE

If you haven’t noticed the training being posted is Strength training. This is due to the fact that Strength is the foundation of all other capacities. We will spend 4 or more weeks focusing on strength. If you struggle with something, use less weight in order to get the reps.

Warmup- 50 double unders or 100 jumpropes

then 3 rounds of

KB (Kettlebell) Clean and Press 50# x 6 on each arm

KB Swing with the same weight x8

Turkish Get-up (Get up sit up) x 2 each side w/ same KB

Ring Dips w/50# x4

Floor Wipers w/ 200# bar x10

then…

A finisher of Max effort twisted burpees in 1 minute (Keep coun)

Post max weight and max reps completed

Twisted Burpees- This is one I just came up with. It is a normal burpee with the jump at the end only replace the regular pushup at the bottom with a clapping pushup. I am only planning on posting the demos the first time I post the movement on this new site so see the older posts or search youtube or google for demos that aren’t here.
