New videos

There are two new videos out for you guys to see. The first is a compilation of training and the Triathlon that Bryan did in the end of 09′. The second is from a crossfit WOD he shared with me and I had to try.

The WOD was the following

20 reps with 95/65# and 4 burpees on the minute, every minute of

Thrusters

Push-Jerks

SDLHP

OH Squats

Front Squats

This took me 16:41 and 64 burpees
