Update, Diverticulitis, and new videos

65# Thrusters x8
Sled sprints (not sure of distance)
uphill heavy bag sprints…
then…
planks
side bends (trying to cut a little for the beach. I know it’s late)

next I’m riding the bike home with no rear brakes in the dark… Here we go

No equipment required Strength training video (yesterday)

Wednesday I did some bleacher runs, a Kettlebell 101 class at the base gym and then more bleacher runs along with pyramid pullups and dips.

This was particularly interesting because I know quite a few people with this “diverticulitis” click for video. It’s ANOTHER one of those self caused problems.
Drink WATER, eat healthy, get off the couch once in a while. That’s the cure for it. Yes cure. It goes away. Or keep doing it and end up with bowel cancer…
